Abstract

التعايش الاقتصادي مع أصحاب الديانات الأخرى وتطبيقاته في عهد النبوة

In this research, the researcher collected Thirty-Seven examples of economic coexistence with the people of other religions during the era of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) so that it would be a guiding light in the field of economic coexistence. These guiding principles may help to respond to the misconceptions associated with economic dealings with the people of other faiths and highlight the tolerance of the Islamic religion, its coexistence with others and its acceptance of differences which is a universal law in life. It further shows that the applications of economic coexistence with non-Muslims were comprehensive in all its fields, and that its continuation until his death is evidence of being a decisive, it is not abrogated. And that these applications were based on the exchange of interests of the two parties. It did not result in humiliation of Muslims nor lose their prestige.  If coexistence deviates from this path and tends to violate the principles of Sharia and involves corruption, then it is prohibited because of this deviation and contravention.
