Abstract

The question of ethics is one of the questions that have raised contemporary Arabic thought. The researchers studied and analyzed it. The thinker Taha Abdel Rahman may be one of the most eminent thinkers to have developed an integrated ethical theory. Research has analyzed the innovative vision of the famous researcher Taha Abdel Rahman, who consists in introducing the theme of ethics in «Maqasid al-Shari’ah». It is also attempted to discover the exact meaning of «Maqasid Al-Shari’ah» which was supported by Taha Abderrahman. «Maqasid Al-Shari’ah»is a concept which express the level of maturity and mentality of Muslim human. The main purpose of project is to face and solve challenges that encounter Muslim, and it also a transmission of cognitive and ethical issues. That latter is reflection of the Islamic and intellectual identity. For this the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach of Taha Abderrahman to discuss this proposal and inferring it. The study reached the result that Taha Abderrahman limited the purposes of legislation in three purposes of college: Preserving belief, preserving the mind, preserving work.2. The connection between Maqasid concepts and Quranic knowledge. 3 Exaggeration in introducing ethics into the Maqasid system4..The breadth of the topics of the science of objectives and the confusion between the work of the jurist and the work of the  Philosopher.
